Norwegian Salmon Steak

The dish is recommended by our chef for 2014. It is one of the best dishes on our classic menu. Enjoy the Norwegian salmon steak at the beginning of the Year of the Horse. The salmon plays an important role in enhancing the flavour and freshness of this dish. The salmon is pickled with salt and pepper for few hours prior to serving, then it is fried slowly for 5 minutes. Finally, the sauce is seasoned and paired with all kinds of vegetables.
