Flo Brunch Menu

Good French dining isn’t just about evening meals savoured with a good bottle of red. For those seeking a light lunch or a late breakfast, a French brunch with its quiches, salads, tarts, pastries and fruit dishes is the perfect way to enjoy some lights bites. As one of the foremost French restaurants in Tianjin, Brasserie Flo is naturally leading the way in this stylish dining option with its new brunch menu designed by Executive Chef Bertrand Combe and Tianjin Chef Arnaud Guilloux. It will start on 4 February, be available every Saturday, Sunday and Holiday, and is divided into five different sections: Savouries, Eggs, Sweets, Yoghurts and Cocktails. Each category has at least four options from which to choose, giving a veritable cornucopia of mouthwatering treats.

The Savouries are probably the most familiar option, with delights such as Norwegian smoked salmon with potato waffles, shrimp and avocado yogurt with paprika grissini and an outstanding dish of asparagus rolled in Parma ham, arugula and Parmesan. The eggs selection feature options such as egg and Paris ham in brioche and Eggs Benedict with spinach and homemade cured duck. Sweets are not simply sugary dishes but also feature natural fruity sucrose sweetness with pineapple upside down cake with vanilla sauce, and French fruit salad in orange juice amongst those available. To top this off, one can have a choice of yoghurt dishes, fresh kiwi and chocolate chips, or strawberry jam.

You can slake your thirst with a variety of well-mixed cocktails, a Bellini (peach puree and champagne), Mirmosa (citrus fruits and champagne), a Bloody Mary or an exotic fruits cocktail. Whatever you choose, Brasserie Flo offers a delight for you when you make it there for brunch.
